Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed open water bottles on top of food storage in prep area. Employees must use cups with lid and straw while working to prevent contamination of food preparation area. New Violation. 12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Observed dry cloths being used to wipe surfaces and stored on counter. Wiping cloths in use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in chemical sanitzer solution specified under DPH rule 511-6-1-.05(6)n. New Violation.
