Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] No soap or paper towels located at handwashing sink; consulted with PIC on ensuring the appropriate hand drying provisions are always present at each hand-drying station; PIC had an employee restock the observed violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Observed torn packages/bags of food exposing the contents to contamination; consulted with PIC on ensuring previously packaged food that has been opened, is properly covered so it is not subject to contamination; PIC voluntarily placed the observed product in a clean container and applied a lid. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
