Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(2)(a)-(l)(n)(o)] Food service receives key drop food deliveries (food delivered outside normal business hours) where delivery company is required by agreement to take the temperature of several time and temperature control for safety food items and record temperatures on a log or on receipt to be kept on site for at least 6 months for review by Health Authority. Receipts were found to contain 3 preprinted spaces for food item temperatures but no receipts on site were found to have temperatures recorded. As part of allowing key drop deliveries, the food service must keep records of these temperatures. Informed PIC/CFSM of this requirement and corporate office will contact delivery company to begin temperature taking. New Violation.
