Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(c)] Observed employee engage in food preparation without washing hands; staff member applied hand-sanitizing solution from wall dispenser and donned gloves ready to engage in preparing food on the prep line; suspended the employee's task to correct the observed aberration; instructed employee to initiate the proper hand-washing procedures; employee removed gloves, washed hands (correctly), and re initiated previous task. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed buildup of slime/mold on ice dispenser; consulted with PIC on ensuring food-contact surfaces equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized within a 24 hour period; PIC cleaned and sanitized the observed aberration. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
