This is a change of ownership. Rules and Regulations for Food Service for the State of Georgia require a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) on staff within 60 days of permitting. Manager is the CFSM.
Hall County Environmental Health Department offers a basic food safety class for employees to attend free of charge within 3-months of permitting. This class DOES NOT fulfill the CFSM requirement for the State of Georgia. Schedule to be sent with Food Service Permit.
PERMIT ISSUED. This is a full service restaurant with 96 indoor dining seats and 20 outside seats on a patio.
