Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] No sanitizer being dispensed at chemical sanitizing dishmachine. appears dispenser is not pulling chemical from the bottle - even after attempting to prime the sanitizer pump. COS: All kitchenware/equipment/tableware/flatware will be run through the dishmachine for cleaning and then 3-compartment sink set-up for sanitizing. New Violation. 5-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1-.04(7)(e)] Consumer Advisory is on the menu board above the expo station but, the items offered cooked to customer request are not marked - the eggs. CFSM will mark the eggs and consumer advisory with stickers to alert customers to items cooked to customer request and same sticker located next to consumer advisory. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Trash dumpster in use by kitchen is missing the drain plug. Drain plug needed to prevent liquids from leaking out and to exclude insects/rodents from entering into dumpster. New Violation.
