Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Test strips could not be provided for testing Quaternary ammonium concentration used in sanitizing wipes. Must have a testing kit in ppm of all chemcial sanitizers used on site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Raw egg shells and other trash found littered in enclosure behind dumpster. Proper maintenance of refuse areas are necessary to prevent the attraction of insects and rodent. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(q)] Grease receptacle and ground surrounding receptacle coated with grease. To prevent possible attraction of insects and rodents, it is important to maintain clean receptacles. New Violation.
