New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Quaternary ammonium concentration unable to be determined because no quat test strips are available. Only chlorine test strips are on site. Test strips must be available for any sanitizers used on-site. New Violation. Remarks PIC recently took the Hall County CFSM course and did not pass the exam. PIC registered to take next available course for CFSM certification.
