Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Floors need a thorough cleaning throughout kitchen. Accumulation of food/dirt under equipment - especially at floor/wall junctures. Accumulation of food/dirt can be attractions for insects/rodents. Coved baseboard damaged under 3-compartment sink - coving has loosened from wall allowing for food/dirt/water to accumulate behind baseboard. Reseal to wall to prevent this area of accumulation. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(4)(b)] Employee's phone charging on prep table next to dough press. Designate an area away from food/kitchenware/utensils storage and food preparation where personal items may be stored. COS: Phone moved off prep table and area sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Pizzas being prepped to hold for TPHC during inspection - manager able to explain procedure. Splashguard at back hand sink installed - splashguard needs to have gap between guard and sink caulked.
