COS: Sink drained, and refilled with 70 degree F water Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Standing water observed on bottom shelf of finish cooler. Maintain equipment in good repair and proper adjustment to prevent possible contamination of foods with this non-potable water. New Violation.
Remarks HA provided an updated copy of employee illness reporting to include nontyphoidal Salmonella
