New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(m)] Hot water sanitizing dishmachine running at at 40PSI. The flow pressure of a hot water sanitizing dish machine must not be more than 30PSI or less than 5PSI. COS: Maintenance was called out, dish machine was adjusted to the proper pressure range (5-30PSI) Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Hot water sanitizing dishmachine wash temperature: 166F
