6-1B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Small crock of leftover cheesy potato soup hot holding in warmer cabinet at 125F. Time and temperature control for safety foods that are to be hot held for service must be held at 135F or above. COS: Soup reheated in microwave to above reheating temp of 165F - reheated to 168F. Keep check on soup in warming cabinet. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] No test strips for type sanitizer being used in bar. Quat sanitizer tablets being used in bar - need to purchase QUAT test strips to monitor the strength of sanitizer being used. New Violation.
