15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] No Quat test strips available on site to measure concentration of sanitizer in wiping buckets and 3rd bay of compartment sink. Repeat Violation. Remarks: Recommend grading/smoothing area around grease trap and septic tank to discourage surface water from flowing or settling over tank area. Redirecting surface water may assist the system's longevity.
