14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Scoop was stored with handle in container of rice in bulk rice container bin. Utensils stored in product must be stored with handle above food product to prevent contamination. COS: Scoop removed Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Walk in freezer found with a buildup of condensate around fan guard and on shelf directly to left of entrance. Reach in cooler beside fryer contained a buildup of standing water. In order to protect food items from standing water, maintain equipment in good repair and proper adjustment. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Heavy fish batter buildup on reach in cooler and reach in freezer next to fryer. Clean nonfood contact surfaces of equipment as a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(4)(b)] Employee personal food items intermingled with restaurant foods in walk in cooler. Area must be designated for employee food items separate from restaurant food items in order to protect from possible contamination. COS: Employee food items moved to a designated bin in walk in cooler Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks: -High temperature dish machine not in use at time of inspection due to malfunctioning sensor. Replacement part is on the way. Dirty dishes to be washed when machine is back up and running. In case of shortage of utensils, paper products on hand for usage.
