4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(l)] Hot water sanitizing mechanical warewashing machine was not producing the minimum required rinse temperature at the utensil surface. Maintenance was called, and the hot water heater was set highter, but the machine still did not produce sufficient rinse temperature. It appears there is an issue with the booster heater. Work order has been placed. COS-The 3 compartment sink will be utilized until machine is repaired. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
