2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Handsinks were blocked with sanitizer buckets and cleaning sprays. Handsinks must be available for use at all times during operational hours.COS- All items were removed from hand washing sinks. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] The following items were hot held incorrectly on the (L) steam table: refried beans (125), beef (122), tamales (112, 98). Per the employee responsible and manager, all items had been reheated to 165 on the stove top before being moved to the steam table. Steam table did not have adequate water to hold TCS items at minimum required temperature. COS- All items were moved back to the stove and reheated to >165 (see temperature list). Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Refuse area had heavy grease residue and food buildup. Keep area clean to prevent the attraction of pests and rodents. New Violation.
