2-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Employee's canned beverage was stored open on the preptop cooler. Beverages consumed in the kitchen must be in a disposable cup with lid and straw and consumed in a manner that prevents contamination. COS- Beverage was discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Handwashing sink was blocked with a bag of salsa cups and various other items. Hand sinks must be available for use at all times and used for no purposes other than washing hands. COS- Manager removed all items from the hand sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(q)] Items stored on floor under shelf between RI freezer and prep counter. All food products must be stored 6" off the ground to prevent contamination and allow adequate cleaning of the facility. COS- All products moved to bottom shelf. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Wiping cloth stored on prep table. Cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution when not in use. COS- Cloth was moved into sanitizing solution. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
