New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(a)] Soap dispenser empty at handsink closest to walk in cooler. Each handwashing sink must be contain a supply of soap. COS: CFSM furnished new bag of soap to dispenser at handsink Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Inspection report displayed was not the most current. Inspection displayed was from 11/10/2015. The most current inspection report must be displayed in public view at all times, at a distance within 15 feet of the primary entrance and between five and seven feet from the floor where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. COS: This inspection to be posted. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
