2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Front handwashing sink used to store wiping cloths between uses. Handwashing sink near drink machine used to pour out drinks-ice accumulation at bottom. Handwashing sinks may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS:Wiping cloth was moved to sanitizer bucket. CFSM instructed not to use handsinks for anything other than handwashing. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] All waffle irons contained hardened debris from prior usage between divots of iron. Equipment must be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude the accumulation of food debris. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Sanitizer bucket in front service area at a chlorine concentration of 200+ ppm. Chlorine concentration must be between 50-100 ppm at room temperature or according to the chart listed in 511-6-1.05(6)(n). COS: Water was added to solution to bring concentration down to 100 ppm Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Maraschino cherries in since the day prior at 46F. Sliced candied strawberries from night before at 45F. Temperature of TCS must be held at 41 degrees F or below. COS: Foods were voluntarily discarded. Temperature settings on ice cream cooler were turned to a lower setting. Strawberries rechecked later and found to be at 38 degrees. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Broken drain plug with a large hole being used in dumpster. Drains in receptacles must have drain plugs in place. New Violation.
