Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2] Employee was eating at prep counter. Employees must eat and store food in designated areas only, away from food prep and food service. COS- Employee moved food to dining area and washed hands before returning to food service tasks. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [.03(5)(f)] Food handler had painted fingernails, and was carrying out food service tasks with no gloves. If nails are painted, gloves must be worn. COS- Employee washed hands and donned gloves. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
