Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(c)] Chicken was thawed in the prep sink fully submerged in water that was 83 degrees Fahrenheit. Water was not running. When using this method, product must be under running water at a temperture of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or below. COS-Hot water was drained, product was submerged and thawed under running water less than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
