Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Ice machine had heavy accumulations of mold. Clean frequently enough to prevent buildup. COS- Ice machine was dumped and sanitized. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 6-2 Multiple containers of creamed corn, baked beans, and a bag of chicken were held past their discard date. TCS foods must be discarded within 7 days of their open/preparation date, including the date of opening/preparation. COS- All items past discard date were discarded. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
