Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] Raw chicken stored above raw beef, raw shrimp, and ready to eat noodles in 3-door reach in cooler and mini refrigerator. Raw chicken stored in back of raw beef and noodles in top of sandwich cooler. Foods shall be protected from cross contamination by stacking or positioning them in a way that the foods with highest minimum internal cook temperature will not drip onto foods with a lower minimum internal cook temperature or that are ready-to-eat. COS: Items rearranged in all units. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Containers used to store sauces, sugars, spices, nuts, and crispy noodles with heavy build-up of food residue and grease. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent this build up. Recommend changing out containers daily. Repeat Violation.
15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Sides of fryers, shelving throughout kitchen, and pieces of equipment with heavy build-up of grease and food residue. Non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the build-up of accumulations. Repeat Violation.
