12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Sanitizer solution buckets did not have sufficient levels of chemical sanitizer. Cloths must be stored in a bucket with proper amount of sanitizer solution. COS: Sanitizer buckets were remade with required amount of sanitizer (for chlorine 50-100 ppm) Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
