New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Shelving above 3-compartment sink and underneath fryers/stoves with heavy build-up of food debris. Clean non-food contact surfaces at a frequency to prevent the build-up of accumulations. New Violation.
