PEACHTREE - The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for White County through 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
National Weather Service radar early Wednesday afternoon indicated two to three inches of rain had already fallen in the county. Another one to 1.5 inches of additional rain was possible, according to the weather service.
Also in north Georgia, a flood warning is in effect for the Big Creek, impacting Forsyth County.
The warning, as it currently stands, is in effect through Wednesday evening.
