CLEVELAND — It’s only appropriate that on the 47th anniversary of Neil Armstrong’s “one giant leap for mankind,” I visited the Great Lakes Science Center, home of a lot of NASA memorabilia, including the command module from the first Skylab mission in 1973.

CLEVELAND — You’d think that businesses in Cleveland would be counting all the cash they’ve made as a result of the Republican National Convention being in town.

CLEVELAND — I’ve already written about the first heady hours here in Cleveland when I met some of the titans of journalism. But one of my favorite memories of this trip is probably going to be a shuttle ride when we had an interesting conversation with someone whose name most people who don’t follow politics regularly won’t even recognize.

CLEVELAND -- My mother would be very happy to know that I’m probably in the safest place on the planet this week as I cover the Republican National Convention.
