Dawson County Emergency Services rescued a driver Monday after his cement truck overturned on Rimrock Road in Pickens County.
The driver was entrapped and crews were able to extricate him after 30 minutes, according to a release from Dawson County Emergency Services. The area is an automatic mutual aid agreement for both counties, and Pickens County EMS took the driver to Kennestone Hospital for further evaluation of his injuries.
The Georgia State Patrol is handling the investigation.
