When the Forsyth County Planning Commission meets over the next two weeks, board members will hear a pitch for the possibility of creating zoning for a Georgia 400 apartment corridor.
Commissioners tossed around the UDC modification idea during work sessions in recent months. The matter is up for discussion at a work session on July 17 and a public hearing is listed on the July 24 agenda.
Planning leaders should get more details during the regular work session scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on the 17th at the county's administration building at 110 East Main Street in Cumming.
