Forsyth County offers kiosks for tag renewal

By Rebecca Hubbard Reporter/Anchor

People living in Forsyth county can renew their vehicle tags at automated kiosks.

Deputy Tax Commissioner David Hicks says the kiosks are located in three Kroger stores in the county and offer customers expanded availability. For instance, he says customers can use it at, "...after hours, on the weekends, holidays, etc. So, whenever Kroger is open, the kiosk is open for people to be able to renew their plates and, more importantly, walk away with their decal in hand."

He says Forsyth tax payers can actually use any participating kiosk in any county. For example, he says, "If you happen to work, say, in Sandy Springs. You would be able to go into the Sandy Springs Kroger and renew your Forsyth County registration there."

He says the Forsyth County kiosks are located inside three Kroger stores. The address of those stores is below:

Kroger at Grassland Crossing
5665 Atlanta Hwy.
Alpharetta, GA  30004

Kroger at Keith Bridge Commons
2655 Freedom Pkwy.
Cumming, GA  30041

Kroger at Marketplace
