A Gainesville man, arrested earlier this month for enticing a minor, faces new charges.
Gainesville police arrested 27-year-old Elmer B. Bonilla after the parent or guardian of an 11-year-old girl turned him in for communicating with her through social media. Authorities initally arrested him April 23.
During the investigation, police found that Bonilla met with the same 11-year-old girl in person.
He remains in the Hall County Jail, now facing charges of child molestation.
