After a more than six hour SWAT standoff Tuesday, a Buford man is behind bars and facing a long list of charges.
Gwinnett County Police said Stephen Morgan barricaded himself in a home on Tuggle Road Tuesday morning just before 10 a.m.
The department confirms Morgan surrendered just before 4 p.m.
Morgan reportedly faces charges of making terroristic threats, simple battery under the family violence act and obstruction of law enforcement.
