Three adults were forced from their Suwanee home after a Thursday afternoon fire.
Gwinnett County fire investigators said in a release the fire happened just after 1:00 at a home on Belmont Creek Point. The fire is said to have started in the garage due to some sort of smoking material.
Though the fire was contained to the garage, investigators said there is extensive smoke damage throughout the home.
The three adult occupants refused assistance from the American Red Cross.
