Forsyth County SWAT situation resolved after neighbor dispute

A SWAT standoff in a north Forsyth neighborhood started as a dispute between neighbors, according to the AJC.
 
The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office deputies are set up Settler's Lake subdivision after a fight between neighbors escalated to weapons being drawn.
 
One man was barricaded in his home and Forsyth County Sheriff's Cpl. Doug Rainwater they believed he was alone.
 
No other details are being released at this time. The situation is said to have been resolved just before 4:00 PM.
