CLARKESVILLE — Ga. 197 North is shut down at North Georgia Technical College north of Clarkesville.
One uninjured person remains in a large truck in the roadway, pending the arrival of the power company, according to Habersham County Emergency Services Director Chad Black. The also is one other minor injury.
