Gainesville, Hall County announce MLK Day schedules

Gainesville and Hall County administrative offices will be closed Monday and garbage/recycling pickups altered and certain other functions halted for the day.

In the city, garbage and recycling pickup will operate one day behind through Thursday with regular pick up on Friday.

Closings in the county, in addition to administrative offices, include the courts and libraries, the family health center and community centers, as well as the landfill and and recycling center.  However, sites will remain open.
