RABBITTOWN — East Hall ran its win streak to seven after a 4-1 victory over Dawson County Saturday in Region 7-AAA action.
The Lady Vikings (15-5, 9-0 Region 7-AAA) got scored on a groundout by Abigail Brown and a double by Kaitlyn Daniel in the first inning. Daniel also homered in the third for East Hall, which leads Lumpkin County by three games for first place in the standings.
Macy Banks earned the win for the Lady Vikings tossing seven innings, surrendering one run on three hits and striking out eight.
Maggie Schandera took the loss for Dawson County (7-9, 3-5) pitching six innings, giving up four runs on 11 hits, and fanning three.
