Water conservation advised in Cornelia

Power at the water plant in Cornelia is out and city officials are urging residents to conserve water until the power is restored.

According to an email from Cornelia Community Development Manager Jessie Owensby Tuesday night, Georgia Power was not able restore it that day, however they were working diligently to restore power to both the area and the water plant.
