Joy Duncan is the new Executive Director of Rehabilitation Industries of Northeast Georgia.
Duncan's background includes experience in operations management and in non-profit leadership as the Executive Director of The Council on Alcohol and Drugs in Norcross.
According to a RING press release, Duncan will work side-by-side with retiring Executive Director Paula Phillips to ensure a smooth transition for RING’s customers, employees, and the extended community which benefits from services provided by RING.
Phillips joined RING in 1980 and has served as Executive Director since 1991.
