CLARKESVILLE — Kathryn Holcomb is serving as the new director of the Habersham County Senior Center, County Manager Phil Sutton announced Friday.
Holcomb began work in that position on Thursday, Aug. 24.
“Ms. Holcomb has nearly 20 years of experience in various human resource management positions,” Sutton’s announcement states. “Nearly 15 of those years of management experience are held at local businesses in Habersham County.”
Holcomb holds a basic accounting business degree from North Georgia Technical College.
“We are very excited to welcome Kathryn to Habersham County Government and are confident that she will be a tremendous asset and has the skills, training, and knowledge to immediately begin contributing to the Habersham County community,” Sutton said.
