Falcons sign RB Jhurell Pressley, reach injury settlement with B.J. Daniels

FLOWERY BRANCH — The Atlanta Falcons have signed running back Jhurell Pressley. To make that move, the Falcons reached an injury settlement with running back B.J. Daniels.

The roster is now at 90-men. 

Pressley was originally signed by the Minnesota Vikings following the draft out of New Mexico. He was claimed off waivers by the Green Bay Packers in September of 2016. Pressley was then signed to the Falcons practice squad on October 25, 2016.

Daniels was originally drafted in the seventh round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. The fifth-year player from South Florida, has spent time with Seattle Seahawks, and the Houston Texans. The Falcons signed Daniels to the practice squad in December of 2016.
