A traffic shift is planned for 12:30 p.m. Friday along Bethelview Road in Forsyth County to move traffic onto a newly constructed section of the roadway.
It is expected to impact an area between Northridge Drive and Drew Road, according to a press statement from the Georgia Department of Transportation.
At 12:30 p.m. Monday, traffic will be permanently shifted onto the new Drew Road as well.
The traffic shifts are part of a larger widening and reconstruction project along Bethelview Road between Castleberry Road and Ga. 20.
Drivers are once again reminded to slow down when traveling through construction zones.
