CLEVELAND — The White County Sheriff’s Office reports that a White County man reported missing May 22 has been located safe in Gainesville.

Sheriff’s Capt. Rick Kelley said 30-year-old Jonathan Keith Robbins was located at a homeless shelter in Gainesville.

The sheriff’s department issued a statement asking the public for help in locating Robbins on May 31. At that time, Kelley said Robbins was last seen south of Cleveland on U.S. 129 at Partin Road.

According to Kelley, investigators received a tip Friday that Robbins was at the homeless shelter.

Robbins had been at the shelter the entire time since he went missing, according to Kelley.
