Registration open for Run the Ranch 5k and fun run

Registration is open for the second annual Run the Ranch 5K and Fun Run, scheduled for June 3.
 
This year’s event offers a USATF-certified 5K course, ensuring accuracy and enabling runners to qualify for events such as the Peachtree Road Race. Awards will be given to Overall Male and Female and the first three finishers in standard age groups, beginning with 10 and under to 70 and over.
 
Additionally, a 1.5-mile Nature Walk has been added for those who enjoy unpaved wooded paths. A half-mile Fun Run is perfect for children, families and anyone wanting a shorter race course. Children’s games and fun activities will also be held at the event with free refreshments.
 
The deadline to register and guarantee a race t-shirt and goodie bag is May 21. A discount family package is available. Families with strollers should be aware that a small portion of the 5K course is unpaved. Regsiter online here or get more information on the Eagle Ranch website.
 
The run will take place on a closed course on Eagle Ranch's campus in Flowery Branch.
