Gainesille: North Georgia Community Foundation accepting grant applications

By AccessWDUN staff

The North Georgia Community Foundation is currently accepting grant requests for projects funded through its Community Impact Fund.

Nonprofit organizations located in the Community Foundation’s 15-county north Georgia service area may apply for funding. Funds are available for organizations with projects designed to improve the quality of life in the region, according to a NGCF press release.  The program awarded more than $28,000 to 15 organizations in 2016.

An online application is available at www.ngcf.org/communityimpact and must be submitted by June 30 at noon. To apply, nonprofits must create a login to the North Georgia Community Foundation’s grant application portal. Login requests may take up to 48 hours to be approved.

Contact Margaux Dolenc, Director, Grants & Community Partnerships, for additional information about Community Impact Grants at 770-535-7880 or mdolenc@ngcf.org.
