Ike Cousins Head Coach Scott Stricklin

Opening statement…

“We have been disappointing offensively in the last two games. We had four hits on the day and [Michael] Curry had three of them plus Trey’s [Logan] pinch-hit double in the ninth. We had a few guys in scoring position but didn’t get them in. We need to improve on our approach in those situations.”

On playing at Sun Trust Park…

“It is a beautiful park. They did a great job building it and the Braves are lucky to now call it home.”

On Mizzou’s Trey Harris…

“He is a great player. Chase Adkins hit a wall in the fourth and on a 2-0 count, Harris put a good swing on it. He hit well against us this series.”
