By AccessWDUN Staff
The man accused of gunning down an Atlanta attorney who grew up in Gainesville was supposed to make a court appearance Wednesday morning, but that didn't happen.

Atlanta news media reported 39-year-old Raylon Browning of Roswell missed his 11 a.m. court appearance after he got into a fight with another inmate at the Fulton County Jail. An incident report showed Browning punched the other inmate in the face several times, according to CBS 46. Jailers had to use a Taser to subdue Browning, the TV station reported.

In addition, a few hours after the fight, jailers found Browning biting his own arm and spitting blood out of his mouth. He was taken to Grady Hospital and admitted.

Browning is accused in the Monday morning murder of Trinh Huynh as she walked to work on Peachtree Street.

Huynh and her family came to the United States as refugees from Vietnam. She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1994 before attending both Princeton and Emory universities.

CBS 46 said Fulton County authorities will try to have Browning in court on Thursday.
