Three-month drug investigation culminates in three arrests in Stephens County

A drug investigation involving the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office and Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office resulted in the arrest of three Toccoa men Thursday.

Justin Holland, Theodore Swilling and Bobby White were arrested after officers served a search warrant at 2344 Defoor Road, Toccoa, according to Mitchell Posey, special agent in charge of ARDEO.

Additional charges are pending, and at least one other person is wanted related to the investigation.
