Former Oakwood City Council member dies

A woman who served on the Oakwood City Council for 15 years before stepping down two years ago will be buried Saturday.

The funeral service for Martha Collins,75, will be held at 11:00 at the First Baptist Church in Oakwood.  

Collins died Tuesday.
