FLOWERY BRANCH — The Flowery Branch boys tennis team dropped just set taking a 5-0 win over Winder-Barrow on Thursday.
Drayton Matus (6-1, 6-1), Tucker Smallwood (6-3, 7-5), and Gunnar Hetzel (6-2, 6-3). all took straight-set victories in singles. Brody Millwood and Dominick Garcia battled back at No. 1 doubles (3-6, 6-0, 6-0) for the win and John Hollis and Brady McVey (6-0, 6-1) completed the sweep.
The Falcons improved to 4-3 on the season.
